Body & Brain Yoga & Taich is a integrated health, wellness, and lifestyle education program which originates from Korea in which it has a rich 10,000-year-old history of holistic healing and mind-body practices. We provide various classes and programs such as yoga, tai-chi, meditation,  and energy healing.

Our focus in the Body & Brain is low impact physical exercise and mindfulness to promote natural healing from within.
